巴黎公社是人类社会第一个由人民群众建立起来的无产阶级政权，在人类历史上第一次探索了在实现经济和政治解放后国家政权的组织形式。马克思在《法兰西内战》中以公共权力和公共身份的异化出发，揭示了资产阶级政权把“社会公仆”变成“社会主人”的事实，并通过对巴黎公社一系列政权建设实践，从价值伦理、制度伦理、实践伦理和责任伦理四个方面提出了“社会公仆”伦理重构的思想，为我们在站稳人民立场这一价值基点上推进全面从严治党提供了重要启示：以思想建党培元，校准价值坐标；以制度建党固本，构建保障机制；以作风塑形立信，锻造实践品格。

The Paris Commune was the first proletarian regime established by the masses of the people in human society, and it was the first time in human history to explore the organizational form of state power after achieving economic and political liberation. In "The Civil War in France", Marx revealed the fact that the bourgeois regime turned "social servants" into "social masters" by starting from the alienation of public power and publicidentity. Through a series of political construction practices in the Paris Commune, he proposed the idea of ethical reconstruction of "social servants" from four aspects: value ethics, institutional ethics, practical ethics, and responsibility ethics. This provides important inspiration for us to promote comprehensive and strict governance of the party on the basis of standing firm o-n the value foundation of the people's position:to adjust the value orientation with the ideological Party-building; to construct safeguarding mechanism through the institutional Party governance; to foster practical character by work style molding.
